摘要
本文就我省某炼油厂一台透平压缩机组经过年度检修后出现的异常现象进行分析,找出了处理措施,使问题得到了解决。把通过振动监测仪测量出的相关数据,经过分析后,得出了两种不同的看法:第一种是认为转子不平衡;第二种认为是转子不对中。现将本人的观点分析如下,并指导技术员进行了相关的处理。
In this paper, an oil refinery, in our province ,one of it＇s turbine compressor unit go wrong after annual maintenance,through analysing the relevant data which get with the vibration monitor ,technician have two totally different opinion,the first one is that the rotor is unbalanced; the second one is that the rotor is misaligned. The follows is my views,and some guidance for processing with technology-related was given.
