摘要
目的:确定脱水是否影响睾丸产生的精子向附睾的输送。方法:把30只51~52天龄的雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分成两组:1组既喂食(颗粒饲料)又喂水(对照组,n=18);另1组只喂食不喂水(实验组,n=12)。4~5 d后取一侧睾丸和附睾,制作甲基丙烯酸树脂包埋切片,观察并定量研究其组织学变化。结果:对照组分别有5.9%和14.2%的生精小管轮廓可见生精细胞排列疏松、长形精子细胞滞留,而实验组的这两个结果分别高达29.4%和53.5%。与对照组相比,实验组附睾头部和尾部的体积分别减少41%和26%,但附睾管内的细胞团(包含精子和未成熟生精细胞)的总体积没有减少,球形精子细胞的数量(半定量分析)甚至增加。结论:禁水致短期急性脱水并未影响睾丸内精子和未成熟生精细胞的输送,但可能损害了生精细胞与Sertoli细胞之间的连接,从而使精子释放障碍,生精细胞排列疏松并提前脱落。
Objective:To determine whether dehydration would affect the transport of spermatozoa produced by the testis into the epi- didymis. Methods: 30 male Sprague-Dawley rats (aged 51 ~ 52 days) were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 1 group (control group, n = 18 ) being fed routine feed (pellet diet) and water while the other group (experimental group, n = 12) given feed only with- out water. 4 ~ 5 days later,the testis and epididymis at one side were removed to prepare methacrylate-embedded sections, and histolog- ical changes were observed and quantitatively studied. Results: In the control group,5.9% and 14.2% of the seminiferous tubule pro- files were observed with looser arrangement of spermatogenic cells and retaining of elongated spermatids,respectively ; in the experimen- tal group,however,the 2 results were as much as 29.4% and 53.5% ,respectively. In comparison with the control group, the volumes of the epididymal head and tail in the experimental group decreased by 41% and 26% ,respectively; however,the total volumes of the cell mass (containing spermatozoa and immature spermatogenic ceils) in the epididymal duct did not decrease and the numbers (semi- quantitative analysis) of spherical spermatids even increased. Conclusion: Short-term acute dehydration induced by water deprivation did not affect the transport of sperm and immature sperm cells in the testis,but it might have damaged the junctions between spermato- genic cells and Sertoli cells,thus resulting in impairment of spermiation and looser arrangement and earlier sloughing of spermatogenic cells.
