摘要
目的确定庚酸睾酮致人精子发生抑制是否伴有生精细胞排列疏松。方法10名正常已生育男性,5人接受庚酸睾酮肌注(200 mg/周)19-24周(睾酮组),5人未作处理(对照组)。取睾丸活检组织块,作甲基丙烯酸树脂包埋切片,观察睾丸的组织学变化。结果与对照组相比,睾酮组的生精小管萎缩,精子发生障碍,长形精子细胞滞留。在两个组的多数生精小管轮廓中,均见有生精细胞团突入生精小管腔,但在两个组均未见生精细胞之间出现明显的裂隙。结论外源性睾酮致成人精子发生抑制,不伴有明显的生精细胞排列疏松。
Objective To determine whether testosterone enanthate (TE)-induced suppression of the human spermatogenesis was associated with looser arrangement of spermatogenic cells. Methods Ten normal fertile men, 5 receiving TE (200 mg, im, weekly) treatment for 19 -24 weeks (TE group) and 5 receiving no treatment (control). Testieular biopsy was taken and methaerylate-embedded sections were obtained for histology of the testis. Results Compared to control, seminiferous tubules were atrophied, spermatogenesis was inhibited and elongated spermatids were retained in the TE group. In both groups it could be seen, in the majority of tubule profiles, that a mass or group of spermatogenie cells bulged into the tubule lumen, but apparent cracks between spermatogenie cells were not observed in either group. Conclusions Exogenous testosterone-induced spermatogenie inhibition was not associated with apparently looser arrangement of spermatogenie cells in adult men.
