摘要
对树[鼠句]扣带前皮质进行了形态定量研究。结果发现,胶质细胞密度和指数的变化相一致,两者呈正比关系,分别与神经正密度的变化呈反比关系。扣带前皮质的胶质细胞密度和指数以I层最高、Ⅵ层次之、Ⅱ层最低,Ⅲ层和V层分别介于Ⅱ与Ⅵ层之间;神经元密度则以Ⅱ层最高、Ⅲ层和V层次之、I层最低,Ⅵ层介于I与Ⅲ层之间,锥体细胞的顶树突在总长度和分支级数上均为最大;而星形、梭形细胞的树突以及雄体细胞的基树突在总长度、分支级数之间则差别不大,只是锥体细胞基树突的分支级数稍大于梭形细胞内侧树突的,提示树突分支级数与其总长应的变化具有正比关系。
A morphometric study was made on the anterior cingulate cortex(ACg)of Tree Shrew.The changes in the glia/neuron index and the glia density in the ACg are consistent;the index is in direct proportion to the density,while the index and glia density are in inverse pro-portion to the neuron density.The glia/neuron index and glia density are the highest in layer I of the ACg,the second in layer VI,and the lowest in layer II.The index and glia density in layersⅢand V are between those found in layersⅡandⅥ,respectively,The number of branch or-ders and the total length of'the apical dendrites of the pyramidal cells in the ACg are the highest and longest respectively,while the differences among those of the dendrites of the stellate and fusiform cells(including those of the basal dendrites of the pyramidal cells)are not significant;only the number of branch orders of the basal dendrites of the pyramidal cells is slightly larger than that of the medial dendrites of the fusiform cells.indicating that the number of the dendritic branch orders is directly proportional to the total dendritic length.
