HCMV感染及C-Jun表达与结直肠腺癌相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation of Human Cytomegalovirus Infection and Expression of C-Jun Gene in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma*

摘要 目的:探讨人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)感染在结直肠癌发生、发展过程中的作用及其可能的作用机制。方法:选择84例结直肠腺癌患者的腺癌组织及自身癌旁正常组织,应用RT-PCR技术检测组织中即刻早期基因2(immediate-earlygene 2,IE2)mRNA的阳性率来反映HCMV的感染情况,免疫组化技术检测凋亡相关基因C-Jun的表达情况。结果:HCMV IE2基因在结直肠腺癌组织中的阳性率高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);C-Jun基因在结直肠腺癌组织中表达的阳性率高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);HCMV感染与C-Jun基因在结直肠腺癌组织内的表达存在关联性。结论:HCMV感染在结直肠癌的发生、发展中具有一定作用,其作用机制可能与C-Jun基因的表达有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection on the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma and its possible mechanisms.Methods: RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of immediate-early gene 2(IE2) mRNA to reflect HCMV infection while the expression of C-Jun in 84 colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was evaluated with immunohistochemical straining.Results: The positive rate of HCMV IE2 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was higher than that in the adjacent tissues(P0.01);The positive rate of C-Jun in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was also higher than that in the adjacent tissues(P0.01);The expression of C-Jun gene in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues corelated with HCMV infection(P0.05).Conclusion: HCMV infection may play an important role in the development and progression of colorectal adenocarcinoma,and its mechanisms may be related with the expression of C-Jun.
