c-Jun在良性和早期恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:肿瘤的发生是凋亡作用减少或受到抑制的结果,而与凋亡有关的基因产物在调节肿瘤细胞的增殖与凋亡中发挥重要作用,本研究试图以c-Jun为靶蛋白,检测其在良性和早期恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达变化,及其与两类卵巢肿瘤凋亡之间的相关性。方法:收集原发性良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤病理切片19例,原发性恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤病理切片23例,且参照国际妇产科协会分期为Ⅰ-Ⅱ期的标本,进行免疫组织化学和细胞凋亡检测。结果:c-Jun在早期恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达显著高于良性上皮性肿瘤(P〈O.01),良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中细胞凋亡数显著高于早期恶性上皮性肿瘤(P〈0.01),早期恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中c-Jun表达和TUNEL染色呈负相关(P〈O.01),良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中c-Jun表达和TUNEL染色呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:c-Jun蛋白可以作为卵巢癌早期诊断的标记物,可以通过调控c-Jun表达促使早期卵巢癌细胞的凋亡。 Objective :Cancer happens in the condiction of reduced or suppressed apoptosis.Apoptosis related gene products play an important role in regulating tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis.This research attempts to regard e-Jun as target protein, detecting variation of c-Jun, as well as correlation between c-Jun and apoptosis, in benign and early malignant epithelial ovarian tumor.Methods :19 pathological sections of primary benign epithelial ovarian tumor was collected.23 pathological sections of primary early malignant epithelial ovarian tumor was collected with reference to Federation International of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO), the early ovarian cancer who defined as stageⅠ-Ⅱ .All of the sections were tested by immunohistochemical staining and apoptosis staining.Results :The expression of c-Jun in early malignant epithelial ovarian tumor was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumor(P〈0.01) ; Apoptosis count in benign epithelial ovarian tumor was significantly higher than that in early malignant epithelial ovarian tumor(P〈0.01) ; c-Jun expression and TUNEL staining showed negative correlation in early malignant epithelial ovarian tumor(P〈0.01) ; c-Jun expression and TUNEL staining showed positive correlation in benign epithelial ovarian tumor(P〈0.05).Conclusion :c-Jun protein can be used as early diagnosis markers of ovarian cancer.It may lead to cell apoptosis of early ovarian cancer by regulate expression of c-Jun.
