摘要
人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)是一种广泛传播的β疱疹病毒,在胎儿和免疫功能低下的人群中可引起严重疾病。越来越多的研究发现在脑胶质瘤、结肠癌、前列腺癌等肿瘤中存在HCMV的感染和表达。许多学者发现HCMV感染在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要的作用,HCMV通过对肿瘤细胞周期、细胞的侵袭、血管生成、免疫反应和细胞凋亡等方面发挥作用。本文主要从HCMV感染与肿瘤的关系以及HCMV感染对肿瘤的可能致病机制等方面进行总结。
Human cytomegalovirus（HCMV） is a kind of widespread beta-herpesvirus that can cause severe disease in fetuses and immunocompromised individuals.Emerging evidence suggests that HCMV infection and expression may be specifically associated with human malignancies including malignant glioma,colon,and prostate cancer.Multiple investigators have demonstrated that HCMV infection might be able to play a role in the course of cancer,including those involved in the cell cycle,invasion,angiogenesis,the host immune response,apoptosis,and so on.This article reviews the recent evidence of relationship between HCMV infection and tumor as well as the molecular mechanisms that may contribute to oncomodulation by HCMV
