摘要
目的:建立蒲地蓝消炎口服液中咖啡酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用ODS-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(8:7:85);检测波长为323nm;流速:1.0m·lmin-1。结果:咖啡酸的线性范围为0.0348～0.348μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.6%RSD为1.5%。结论:该方法易行、准确可靠,可用于蒲地蓝消炎口服液的质量控制。
Objective：To determine the Content of caffeic acid in Budilan Xiaoyan Oral Solution by HPLC.Methods： Use The E-clipse ODS-CI8 （ 5 μ m 4.6 × 150mm） column; its mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile 0.05% phosphoric acid （8：7：85）, the flow rate was 1.0ml.min^-1 , the derection wavelength was 323 nm. Result： The linear range of caffeic acid was 0.0348 - 0.348 μ g（r=0. 9999）,the average recovery was97.6 % （n=6）, RSD=1.5 % ,Conclusion： This method is simple, sensitive, and accurate for the quality con-trol of caffeic acid in Budilan Xiaoyan Oral Solution.
