摘要
目的建立同时测定蒲地蓝消炎片中黄芩苷、黄芩素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为274 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量5μL,柱温30℃。结果黄芩苷、黄芩素进样量分别在0.028 39~0.624 58μg(r=1.000 0,n=7)和0.010 61~0.233 42μg(r=1.000 0,n=7)范围内与相应峰面积具有良好线性关系。黄芩苷、黄芩素的平均回收率分别为97.57%(RSD=0.44%)和98.82%(RSD=0.42%)。结论所建立的方法快速、简便、准确,可用于蒲地蓝消炎片的质量控制。
Objective To establish the simultaneous a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and baicalein in Pudilan Anti- Inflammatory Tablets by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on the Agilent Zorbax sb-C18 colunm(250 mm ×4.6 ram,5 μm) using methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The UV detection wavelength was set at 274 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume was 5 μL and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was good linearity between the peak area and concentration in the ranges of 0.028 39-0.624 58 μg(r=l.000 0, n=7) for baicalin and 0.010 61- 0.233 42 μg(r=l.000 0, n=7) for baicalein respectively. The average recovery rate of baicalin and baicalein were 97.57% (RSD= 0. 44% )and 98.82% (RSD =0. 42% ) respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and accurate,which can be applied for the quality control of Pudilan Anti- Inflammatory Tablets.
