摘要
探讨不同类型蒲公英总黄酮及可溶性蛋白的动态变化规律。根据植物学特性及种质来源不同将蒲公英分为栽培种质1、栽培种质2及野生3种类型,采用紫外-可见分光光度法,分别在波长500 nm和595 nm下对蒲公英4个不同时期总黄酮和总蛋白的含量进行测定。结果表明:不同类型蒲公英中蛋白与黄酮含量随时间均呈现先增后减的趋势,180 d时含量均最高,其中栽培类型2中蛋白和黄酮的含量分别达(15.054 7±0.608 5)mg/g,(37.984 0±0.735 6)mg/g显著高于栽培类型1和野生类型。3种类型蒲公英黄酮与蛋白含量之间存在一定的正相关性。不同类型蒲公英中黄酮与蛋白的含量随时间变化显著。
Exploring the dynamic changes of total protein content and flavonoids content ,and analysing the correlation between protein and flavonoids. According to the botany characteristic and germplasm sources , dandelions were divided into three style denoted by cultivated germplasm 1,cultivated germplasm 2 and dandelion agriotype. Utilizing the method of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry , the content of total flavonoids was measured in the wavelength of 500 nm,and the content of total protein was measured in 595 nm. Results showed that both the content of total protein and total flavonoids in dandelion tended to increase then keeping a trend of decline,cultivated germplasm 2 approached the highest level in growth for 180 days and was higher than other types, there existed a positive correlation of protein and flavonoid in three types of dandelion. the contents of protein and flavonoid changed significantly in different times.
