摘要 为开发环锭纺新技术,生产高质量的环锭纺纱线,研制出一种新型窄槽式负压空心罗拉紧密纺系统—全聚纺,并对该系统的结构组成、成纱特性进行全面分析。在3家不同纺纱企业进行纺纱实验,对全聚纺与网格圈型紧密纺成纱质量进行对比,结果表明:与网格圈型紧密纺相比,全聚纺成纱条干有所改善,在有害毛羽减少效果基本相同的前提下可保留丰富的短毛羽,成纱强力稍有降低,但成纱综合质量较好,且全聚纺系统运行维护成本低、能耗小,具有良好的市场推广应用价值。 To develop new ring spinning technique and produce high quality ring spun yarns, novel hollow roller compact spinning system with strip groove structure-complete condensing spinning was presenteI and the structure composition of the spinning system and features of spun yarns were introduced. Spinning experiments were carried out in three spinning mills, and yarn quality comparison was conducted between complete condensing spinning and lattice apron compact spinning. It is shown that compared with spun yarn by lattice apron compact spinning system, the spun yarn by complete condensing spinning system has better evenness, less hairiness above 3 mm, more hairiness below 2 mm, and slightly reduced yarn strength, and displays better comprehensive quality. Meanwhile, the complete condensing spinning system needs less operation and maintenance cost, and lower energy consumption. Therefore, it has good potential application value.
