磁铁机械式紧密纺纱原理及应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 探讨磁铁机械式紧密纺纱装置的纺纱原理及成纱质量情况。分析了ROCOS磁铁机械式紧密纺纱装置的结构、纺纱原理和磁铁机械式紧密纺与负压气流式紧密纺集聚原理的异同点,对磁铁机械式紧密纱与普通环锭纱的质量进行了测试对比,并对磁铁机械式紧密纺的经济性进行了分析。结果表明,磁铁机械式紧密纱相对普通环锭纱强力略有提高,强力不匀减小,成纱条干水平改善,1 mm^2 mm毛羽大量增加,3 mm以上毛羽明显减少。磁铁机械式紧密纺装置改造成本低,维护简单,不增加动力消耗,经济性较好。 Spinning principle and yarn quality of magnetic machinery compact spinning set were discussed. Structure, spinning principle of RoCos magnetic machinery compact spinning set were analyzed. Different point and same point of nesting principle in magnetic machinery compact spinning and negative airflow compact spinning were compared. Quality of magnetic machinery compact yarn and normal ring spinning yarn was tested, and economy of magnetic machinery compact spinning was analyzed. The result shows that strength of magnetic machinery compact yarn is a little higher than that of normal ring spinning yarn, strength unevenness of it is reduced, yarn evenness level is improved, hairiness of 1 mm - 2mm is increased, hairiness of more than 3 mm is reduced. Magnetic machinery compact spinning set has lower innovation cost, simpler maintenance, non energy consumption and better economy benefit.
