摘要
采用植针式固定盖板在JWF1204型高产梳棉机进行了纺纱实验.实验结果表明,植针式固定盖板针齿间不易充塞纤维,对纤维的损伤较小,产生的棉结少.
This article mainly introduces the application and analysis of pin type stationary flat on high-production carding machines.The experiment shows that the gap of needle-type teeth of the pin type stationary flat easily isn＇t filled the short fiber,and there are few fiber damage and nep.
