摘要
为了认识各种新型纺纱机理、成纱特性及其适纺产品,以合理发挥其作用,介绍了环锭纺纱的革新与发展,各种新型纺纱如转杯纺、喷气纺、喷气涡流纺的机理及成纱中纤维的形态,对比分析了各纺纱方法成纱的特性和毛羽变化,指出:喷气纺成纱中3 mm以上的毛羽减少的程度可与集聚纺媲美,0.2 mm的毛羽又比环锭纱多40%,适于织造磨毛织物。
In order to know the mechanism of new spinning process, spinning feature, and the product for full use of the spinning process, introduction is made to the innovation and development of ring-spinning process, mechannism of new spinning processes such as rotor spinning, air-jet spinning, air-jet backset spinning and the fiber forms. Comparative analysis of soinnlng characeristic of new spinning processes and the hairiness varieties proves that reduction of hairiness over 3 mm in the process of air-jet spinning is similar to that in compact spinning while hairiness in 0.2 mm of the air-jet spinning is of 40% more than that in ring-spinning,thus applicable for abraded fabric.
