摘要 阐述了紧密纺技术原理、主要类型、结构性能等特点,对3种气流集聚式紧密纺在实际生产中出现的问题进行对比分析试验,并提出了解决措施。指出:气流集聚式紧密纺中的集聚元件、负压装置性能与状态和紧密纱质量有着密切的关系,在实际生产中也容易产生一些问题,对质量造成较大影响。应针对紧密纺纱机集聚装置和元件的结构特点,做好各类专件,特别是易损件的维护、更换工作。加强质量、设备、运转等各项基础管理工作,才能充分发挥出紧密纺的优势,生产出高质量的纱线,满足国内外市场的需求。 Compact spinning principle, main types and structural performance characteristics were introduced. Problems of three kinds airflow integrated compact spinning in practical production were contrasted and tested, the resolving measures were given out as well. It is pointed out that there is a close relationship among integrated component, neg- ative pressure component property & statue in airflow integrated compact spinning and compact spinning quality. Some problems that will affect quality greatly are easier to occur in practical production. Each type of special components especially easy workout components should be maintained and changed well according to structure and property of compact spinning integrated components. Only strengthening quality,equipment,operation et al each basic management work, advantages of compact spinning could be used well, high quality yarn could be produced, domestic and overseas market requirement could be satisfied.
