摘要
2001—2011年,我国图书馆质量管理的研究工作取得了一定的进展。通过对2001—2011年期间《中国期刊网》发表的论文进行统计、浏览和分析,在总结该领域研究进展的基础上,文章主要从图书馆质量管理基础理论、图书馆ISO9000认证、图书馆全面质量管理、六西格玛图书馆管理理论和图书馆服务质量管理等五个方面,对近十年来我国图书馆质量管理领域的主要研究热点进行了述评。
Some progress has beert made in the research work of 2001 to 2011. Having invastigated the articles published on ＂Chinese quality control of libraries in China from Periodical Network＂ during 2001-2011, this article makes a review on the hot topic of general interests in quality control of libraries in China during the period of 2001-2011 from the following five aspects： the basic theory of quality control of library, the IS09000 authentication, the all-round quality control of the library, and the management theory of Six Sigma library and quality control of the library service.
