摘要
文章从质量管理及图书馆质量管理基础知识的介绍、国外图书馆质量管理的介绍、图书馆质量管理思想的研究、图书馆质量管理体系研究、图书馆全面质量管理 (TQM)模型研究、图书馆质量管理案例研究六个方面对我国图书馆质量管理研究进行了综述。
The article sums up the study of TQM in libraries of our country from six aspects: the introduce of basic knowledge about TQM and TQM in libraries, the introduce of TQM in libraries of foreign countries, the study of quality management system in libraries, the study of the model of TQM in libraries, the study of the cases of TQM in libraries.
