生地注射液对脂多糖诱导大鼠肺部炎症的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨生地注射液对脂多糖诱导下大鼠肺炎的影响。方法通过气道滴入脂多糖建立大鼠肺炎模型,随机将肺炎大鼠分为模型组、对照组、药物组,每组大鼠均给予药物静脉注射治疗,其中模型组给予生理盐水,药物组大鼠给予生地注射液,对两组大鼠进行BALF细胞分类计数,并对BALF中的TNF-a、O2-、MPO等水平进行测定。结果药物组大鼠给予生地注射液治疗后能有效地抑制中性粒细胞及白细胞的数目,但对淋巴单核细胞无明显影响;能显著抑制TNF-a、O2-、MPO的水平。同时能显著抑制脂多糖诱导下的气管水肿及中粒细胞浸润,不会对肺部组织产生影响。结论生地注射液能有效对抗脂多糖诱导下的大鼠肺炎现象,具有抑制消炎、抗氧化等作用。 Objective To investigate the impact of habitat injection of lip polysaccharide induced rat pneumonia. Methods By airway instillation of lip polysaccharide rat model of pneumonia, pneumonia rats were randomly divided into model group, the control group, drug group, and each group of rats were given the drug intravenous therapy, in which the model group were given saline, drug the rats given habitat injection two groups of rats BALF cell count, and in BALF TNF-a, O-2, MPO levels were measured. Results Drug rats given habitat injection after treatment can effectively inhibit the number of neutrophils and leukocytes, but no significant impact on lymphatic monocytes; significant inhibition of TNF-a, O-2, MPO levels. At the same time able to significantly inhibit LPS-induced tracheal edema and granulocyte infiltration, not impact lung tissue. Conclusion Habitat injection effective against LPS-induced the rat pneumonia phenomenon under, inhibit the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant effect.
