摘要
当前高校在班导师制度推行过程中存在着作用有限和效果不佳等问题。文章在问卷调查的实证基础上,认为应从宏观理论视角、中观制度建设和微观精细管理三个层面入手,积极营造舆论氛围,建构"辅导员+班导师"的伙伴关系,强化过程管理,健全评价体系,促进班导师管理从"自律性"向"精细化"转型,实现班导师制度从"有限补充"到"积极作用"转变。
At present, there exist such problems as limited functions and ineffective results in the implementing process of college class tutorial system. Based on the evidence of the questionnaires, this paper holds that we should begin from three levels such as macro-theoretical perspective, the meso system construction and micro-refined man- agement to create an atmosphere of public opinion, construct "Counselor-Tutor" Partnership, strengthen process management, and improve the assessment system so as to promote the transformation of tutorial management from " self-discipline" to "refined management" and achieve the change from "limited supplement" to "positive accom- plishments."
