摘要
高校本科生班导师制度是顺应新形势发展的教育管理模式,对培养全面发展的高素质创新人才和提高人才培养质量起到了重要的推动作用。本文简要介绍高校本科生班导师制度的起源和提出背景,并针对其在实施过程中存在的问题提出几点建议。
Tutorial system in undergraduate education is an educational management mode of keeping up with the new trend, which plays a promoting role for cultivating all-round developing innovative talents with high quality and improving the quality of personnel training. This article briefly introduces the origin and background of the tutorial system and presents some suggestions on solving the problems existing in the process of implementation.
