摘要
在高职院校实施导师制是一个全新的尝试,班导师在培养学生的情感态度、学术态度、认知体验等方面,有着重要的引领和影响作用。该文主要讨论班导师在提高高职学生语言素质方面的作用。
It is a new attempt to implement the tutorial system in higher vocational colleges,and the class tutor has an important role in leading and influencing students'emotional attitude,academic attitude,cognitive experience and so on.This paper mainly discusses the role of class tutors on the language quality of higher vocational students.
