摘要
通过对绿色木霉3711在稻壳粉培养基上培养产生纤维素酶活力的测定,得出绿色木酶3711产生纤维素酶的适宜条件为:最适pH为4.5~5.0,最适温度是30℃,最佳培养时间是4d。用4%NaOH处理的稻壳粉做培养基碳源较未经处理的稻壳粉做培养基碳源产生纤维素酶CMC糖化力高。
The result of the optimum conditions of cellulase produced by Trichoderma viride 3711 in the solid-state medium of rice husk powder were that pH was at 4.5~5.0, the temperature was 30℃ and the culture time was 4 days. Using rice husk powder treated by 4% NaOH had a better effect than using untreated rice husk power .
