一株纤维素酶产生菌的固态发酵初步研究 被引量:2

Preliminary studies of solid-state fermentation by using fungi to produce cellulase

摘要 用预处理的天然纤维素为碳源,从土壤中筛选出8株产纤维素酶能力较强的真菌,选取其中CMC糖化力(CMCase)和滤纸糖化力(FPA)均较高的JZ-H进行固态发酵实验,初步研究表明,该菌以杂草为碳源,(NH4)2SO4和蛋白胨为氮源,500mL三角瓶装干料10g,自然pH,30℃培养96h,发酵物的CMCase达128.5IU/g,FPA达75.8U/g,蛋白质增加13.5%. Eight plum fungi were screened from soil to produce cellulase, wit h pretreated natural cellulose for carbon resource .Among them, JZ-H with high CM Case and FPA were solid-state fermentated in the experiment, with the following elementary discoveries.Weeds were the carbon resource for the fungi; (NH4)2SO4 and pepton were the nitrogen resource with 10 g dry grass at 500 mL triangle bot tle, natural pH ,being cultured with 30 ℃ .CMCase at 128.6 IU/g, and FPA at 75 .8 U/g, and protein increase by 13.5%.
