纤维素酶产生菌的筛选及其固态发酵初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 用预处理的天然纤维素为碳源,从土壤中定向筛选出8株产纤维素酶能力较强的真菌,选取其中CMC糖化力(CMCase)和滤纸糖化力(FPA)均较高的JZ-H进行固态发酵实验,初步研究发现:该菌以杂草为碳源、(NH4)2SO4和蛋白胨为氮源、500mL三角瓶装干料10g、自然pH、30℃培养72h,发酵物的CMCase达128.5IU/g,FPA达75.8U/g。 Eight fungi of high cellulase production were screened from soil with pretreated natural cellulose for carbon resource. JZH with high CMCase and FPA was selected for solidstate fermentation experiment. The authors found that the leavening CMCase reached 128.5 IU/g and FPA 75.8 U/g when the fungi, with dry grass as carbon resource and (NH4)2SO4 and peptone as the nitrogen resource, were cultivated for 72 h under the condition of natural pH, 30 ℃ temperature and 10 g dry grass in 500 ml triangle bottle.
