摘要
用预处理的天然纤维素为碳源,从土壤中定向筛选出8株产纤维素酶能力较强的真菌,选取其中CMC糖化力(CMCase)和滤纸糖化力(FPA)均较高的JZ-H进行固态发酵实验,初步研究发现:该菌以杂草为碳源、(NH4)2SO4和蛋白胨为氮源、500mL三角瓶装干料10g、自然pH、30℃培养72h,发酵物的CMCase达128.5IU/g,FPA达75.8U/g。
Eight fungi of high cellulase production were screened from soil with pretreated natural cellulose for carbon resource. JZH with high CMCase and FPA was selected for solidstate fermentation experiment. The authors found that the leavening CMCase reached 128.5 IU/g and FPA 75.8 U/g when the fungi, with dry grass as carbon resource and (NH4)2SO4 and peptone as the nitrogen resource, were cultivated for 72 h under the condition of natural pH, 30 ℃ temperature and 10 g dry grass in 500 ml triangle bottle.
