摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联用治疗高血压左室肥厚的临床疗效。方法将138例高血压左心室肥厚患者分成观察组和对照组各69例,对照组给予单一左旋氨氯地平口服治疗;观察组给予厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联用治疗,观察两组治疗前后血压、HR及超声心动图情况,并进行疗效评定。结果观察组总有效率为88.41%,明显高于对照组的79.71%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、LVPWT、IVST、LVDd及LVMI均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联用治疗高血压左室肥厚安全有效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy oflrbesartan and AmLodipine on the treatment of LVH. Methods 138 cases of LVH are divided into the observation group and the control group （each with 69 cases）. The control group is treated solely with oral medication of AmLodipine, while the observation group is treated with Irbesartan and AmLodipine. The blood pressure, HR and UCG of both groups are observed before and after treatment, and efficacies are assessed. Results The ORR of the observation group was 88.41%, significantly higher than 79.71% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, The SBP, DBP, LVPWT, IVST, LVDdand LVMI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With high safety and efficacy, Irbesartan and AmLodipine are worth clinical application in the treatment of LVH.
