血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在心血管病中应用中国专家共识 被引量：136

摘要 过去10年中获得的大量循证医学证据充分证明了血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）治疗心血管病的价值。ACEI已被推荐用于高血压、心力衰竭、冠心病、心肌梗死的治疗及高危人群的二级预防，并写入国内外指南之中。但是，在临床实践与指南之间仍存在不小的差距。在指南明确列为Ⅰ类适应证的情况下，ACEI在日常临床实践中应用仍远远不够，且剂量不足。本专家共识的编写目的，在于将ACEI用于心血管疾病的理念以及在不同临床情况下应用的证据和使用方法等归纳为一个共识性文件，供临床医师决策时参考，以进一步改善我国广大临床工作者临床应用ACEI的状况，使患者得到更好的治疗。
