摘要
为探讨贫血对不同年龄儿童体格生长的影响，对１９９１～１９９７年在江苏省儿童保健研究中心接受健康检查的儿童进行了体格生长的回顾性调查。结果显示贫血组（以轻度贫血为主）小儿体重月增长速率在６～１８月明显低于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５），身长月增长速率在９～１８月较正常组明显降低。麦明轻度贫血对９～１８月儿童生长发育有明显影响。
To investigate the effect of anemia on the growth and development in children at various ages ,the retrospective study was made on growth and development in children who had regularly physical examination from 1991 to 1997 in Jiangsu Children Health Care Research Center. The results showed that the weight and height monthy increasing rates in the anemic groups were significantly lower than that of controls aged 6～18 months and 9～18 months respectively after birth (p<0. 05). It suggested that anemia would exert influence on the growth and development in children aged 9～18 months.
