摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）对儿童体格发育及心理行为的影响。方法将2013年7月~2014年3月我院就诊的100例OSAHS患儿作为病例组,按照呼吸暂停低通气指数将病例组分为轻度组、中度组、重度组三组;另选取200例健康儿童为对照组,比较四组受试儿童体格生长发育、心理行为及注意力情况。结果三组OSAHS患儿体格发育指标较对照组均有不同程度降低,部分心理行为因子较对照组升高,注意力方面较对照组均有降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 OSAHS对儿童体格发育及心理行为有很大影响。
Objective To explore the impact of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） on children physical development and psychological behavior.Methods 100 children patients with OSAHS in our hospital from July 2013 to March 2014 were selected as case group,100 children patients were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group by apnea hypopnea index;200 health children were selected as control group.The children physical development,psychological behavior and attention among four groups were compared.Results Children physical development index of OSAHS among three groups decreased with different degrees compared with control group,part of psychological behavior factor increased when compared with control group,the attention reduced when compared with control group,and all of the above differences were statistical significance（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion OSAHS has great impact on children physical development and psychological behavior.
