摘要
目的建立香附挥发油指纹图谱测定方法。方法采用GC法进行色谱分离,使用相似度评价软件进行数据处理。以DB-624毛细管色谱柱(柱长:30 m,内径:0.32 mm,膜厚:1.8μm)为色谱柱,程序升温,柱流速:1.5 mL.min-1,FID为检测器,进样量1μL。结果 GC特征图谱以α-香附酮为参照物,确定了9个特征峰,建立了12批药材的共有图谱。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,为香附药材和饮片的鉴别、质量评价以及质量标准的制定提供新的依据。
Objective To develop a fingerprint determination method for volatile components ot Cyperus rotunctus L. Methods GC method was applied in the separation, and the data were analyzed by similarity evaluation software. DB- 624 capillary chromatographic column ( 30 m× 0.32 mm, 1.8 pm) and programmed temperature were used at the flow rate of 1.5 mL · min^-1 with FID detector; the injection volume was 1 μL. Results Nine common peaks were identified in chromatograms with reference to a-cyperone from the 12 batches of samples. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and provides a new basis for quality evaluation and quality standard.
