摘要
目的 :用超声法以β-环糊精对香附挥发油进行包合。方法 :用正交试验法探讨制备包合物的最佳工艺条件 ,用TL C对包合前后的挥发油性质进行分析。结果 :油与β-环糊精的比例为 1∶ 6 (ml∶ g) ,包合温度 30℃ ,包合时间 2 0min。结论
Objective: In this experiment, the inclusion compound of βcycloextrin was prepared with the volatile oil of Xiangfu by the ultrasonic method. Method: The optimum preparing conditions were investigated by the orthogonal test method. The quality of inclusion compound of volatile oil before and after being included were analyzed by TLC. Result: A proportion of 1∶6(ml∶g) for oil to βcyclodextrin, inclusion temperature at 30℃,and including for 20 min. Conclusion: The comparison of ultrasonic method are even more optimum than the saturated water solution method.
