良附滴丸中挥发性成分组成分析及含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析良附滴丸中挥发性成分组成,并测定其含量。方法 应用气相色谱-三重串联四极杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)法,根据精确相对分子质量、碎片离子推测结构,通过对照品比对确定成分组成,基于SIM扫描模式进行含量测定。结果 共鉴定出76种挥发性成分,占挥发油总量的83.02%,确认了11种成分[桉叶油醇、D-樟脑、芳樟醇、(-)-4-萜品醇、α-松油醇、苯丙醛、桃金娘烯醇、苄基丙酮、石竹素、香附烯酮、α-香附酮],在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.990 0),平均加样回收率95.24%~104.36%,RSD 1.50%~2.97%。结论 该方法准确可靠,可用于良附滴丸中挥发性成分的质量评价。 AIM To analyze the composition of volatile constituents in Liangfu Dropping Pills and to determine their contents.METHODS Applying gas chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) method, the structures were inferred according to accurate relative molecular weights and fragment ions, the component compositions were determined by comparison of reference substances, the content determination was performed based on SIM scanning mode.RESULTS Total 76 volatile constituents were identified, accounting for 83.02% of the total amount of volatile oils, 11 of which were confirmed [eucalyptol, D-camphor, linalool,(-)-4-terpineol, α-terpineol, benzenepropanal,(-)-myrtenol, benzylacetone, caryophyllene oxide, cyperenone, α-cyperone], which showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.990 0), whose average recoveries were 95.24%-104.36% with the RSDs of 1.50%-2.97%.CONCLUSION This accurate and reliable method can be used for the quality evaluation of volatile constituents in Liangfu Dropping Pills.
