鲜香附挥发油镇痛活性及其GC-MS分析 被引量:32

GC-MS Analysis and Analgesic Activity of Essential Oil from Fresh Rhizoma of Cyperus rotundus

摘要 目的:考察鲜香附挥发油的镇痛活性,并分析其化学成分。方法:挥发油提取采用水蒸气蒸馏;镇痛活性采用小鼠醋酸扭体法;成分分析采用GC-MS法。结果:鲜香附挥发油含量达0.4%;挥发油(0.1 g/kg)能够显著减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数;GC-MS方法鉴定出54个化学成分,占总挥发油的85.1%,其中主要含香附子烯(41.03%)、氧化石竹烯(5.32%)、α-芹子烯(4.37%)、α-可巴烯(4.36%)、naphthalene,6-isoproenyl-4,8a-dimethyl-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydro-(3.80%)、α-香附酮(3.11%)。结论:鲜香附挥发油具有良好镇痛效果,挥发油化学结构多样,相对含量高于1%的峰占总挥发油的66.4%,其中,香附子烯相对百分含量最高。 Objective:To observe the analgesic effect and analysis the chemical components of essential oil(EOC) from fresh rhizome of Cyperus rotundus.Methods:Hydrodistillation method was used to extract EOC;Acetic acid induced mice stretching model was applied to evaluate the analgesic effect of EOC.Gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS) were applied for the analysis of EOC.Results:The yield of EOC was 0.4%.The stretching times of mice induced by acetic acid were significantly reduced by EOC at dosage of 0.1 g/kg.54 ingredients,85.1% of which were EOC were identified by GC-MS analysis;The major compounds were cyperene(41.03 %),β-caryophyllene oxide(5.32%),α-selinene(4.37%),α-copaene(4.36%),naphthalene,6-isoproenyl-4,8a-dimethyl-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydro-(3.80%)and α-cyperone(3.11%).Conclusion: The essential oil from fresh rhizome of Cyperus rotundus shows structure diversity and good analgesic effect.
