摘要
目的:对生香附、醋制香附、酒制香附、香附炭的指纹图谱进行研究比较。方法:采用梯度洗脱法测定香附不同炮制品的HPLC指纹图谱,流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm,记录时间为60 min。结果:香附经不同方法炮制后,不仅原有成分含量发生变化,而且有新成分生成。结论:香附不同炮制品成分差异显著。
Objective： To study and compare the HPLC fingerprints of the Cyperi Rhizoma and its processing products with vinegar, wine, and charring. Methods： HPLC gradient elution method was applied in different processed products of Cyperi Rhizoma, the mobile phase was methanol-water with gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, recording time was 60 min. Results： Cyperi Rhizoma processed by different methods not only had changed the contents of original ingredient, but also had various new elements appeared. Conclusion： Significant disparities have been showed in the fingerprints of Cyperi Rhizoma processed by different methods.
