摘要 目的:用Diversilab System DNA指纹分型系统(Diversilab系统)绘制金黄色葡萄球菌DNA指纹图谱,分析各菌株间的同源性。方法:对食品中分离到的42株金黄色葡萄球菌提取DNA,进行rep-PCR,用Diversilab系统中的软件对DNA指纹图谱进行同源性分析。结果:实验得到了42株的金黄色葡萄球菌的DNA指纹图谱,可以分成14群,菌株之间的相似性68.9%~99.7%,未表现地区特异性。结论:Diversilab系统具有操作简便、快速、重复性好、分辨率高的特点,可用于黄色葡萄球菌快速分型和溯源。 Objective:To draw a DNA fingerprinting of Staphyloccocus aureus strains by Diversilab System, and to determine the homology of S. aureus isolates from food. Methods: The DNA of 42 S. aureus strains were extrac- ted, and tested with rep- PCR, then homologous analysis was cai'ried out by Diversilab System. Results: Forty - two strains of S. attreus were divided into 14 groups, the similarity among those strains ranged from 68.9%~ 99.7% , exhibiting no area specificity. Conclusion: Diversilab System offers efficient and excellent discriminato~ power with high reproducibility, so it could be used for typing and tracing source of S. aureus.
