摘要
澳大利亚具有世界上较为完善、成熟的职业教育与培训系统,形成了世界上先进的、具有代表性的职业教育模式。借鉴其师资培养的先进经验,对我国职业教育教师队伍的建设具有重要意义。
Australia has a well functional and mature vocational education and training system, which has built an advance and representative vocational education model in the world. So, draw on the experience of Australia how to construct the teaching faculty, has a vast importance to our vocational education teaching faculty construct.
