摘要
澳大利亚的职业教育与培训颇具特色,采取的双元体系这种人才培养模式在发展过程中通过改革不断完善,取得了卓越的成效。本文对中国和澳大利亚职业教育与培训进行比较,并探究澳大利亚这种人才培养模式对我国的借鉴意义。
Australian vocational education and training have some characteristics. It takes the dual system in personnel training mode. In the process of development through reform and continuous improvement, Australian dual vocational education and training system has achieved remarkable success. This article makes a comparison between Chinese and Australian vocational education and training and gives our country a good reference.
