师资是制约职业教育发展的重要因素.高质量、多渠道培养职业教育师资,运用竞争激励机制来管理职业教育师资,采取灵活多样的形式来培训职业教育师资,是澳大利亚职业教育师资队伍建设的显著特点.
Teacher is the critical factor that constraints the development of vocational education. In Australia, the typical features of constructing teacher group for vocational education are: aiming at high quality;to foster teachers for vocational education with multi-channels; to manage the teacher group for vocational education with competing and stimulating systems; to adopt flexible style to train the teacher for vocational education.
