摘要
高等教育大众化背景下,教育质量已经成为我国高等教育能否理性健康发展的关键性问题,而本科专业人才培养模式改革又是考量我国高等教育质量的主要基准。以渤海大学小学教育本科专业人才培养模式改革研究个案,可以将其专业建设理念概括为:追求真知,培养真才,学做真人;手脑并重,"学""术"兼备,教学做合一";知""情""艺""能"协调发展。经过10年的改革探索与办学实践,逐步凝练出其鲜明的专业特色,即基础夯实,过程精细,终端发散;分流培养,职业(升学、就业、创业)导向,能力本位;教学合一,学研合一,知行合一。在专业建设与人才培养模式改革中形成了教育理念"和谐化";培养目标"多元化";人才培养模式"分流化";课程设置"模块化";教学过程"情景化";学业评价"过程化";实践能力培养"全程化";素质养成"制度化"的行动策略,这些改革的举措也为其他本科专业人才培养模式改革提供范例和启示。
In the background of the higher education being more popular,the quality of education has become key issues of our country's higher education whether it develops healthily or rationally,and the reform to the undergraduate professional talents training mode is the main reference to the consideration of our higher education.Take as an example the construction of the undergraduate professionals of Bohai University.The concept of undergraduate professional construction can be generalized as the pursuit of real knowledge,the cultivation of real talent,and the study of being a real man,etc.After 10 years of exploration and the practice in the reform,we have gradually got to know the distinct characteristics,that is,the strong foundation,fine process and divergent terminal;shunt training,career orientation(entering into higher school,joining the employment,and starting up business),taking ability as the center;combination of teaching and learning,learning and researching,learning and acting.In the construction and the reform of the undergraduate professional talents training mode,the educational concept is achieved as 'harmonious change';the purpose of cultivation 'diversity';the mode of Talents Training 'shunt change';the set of curriculum 'modular change';the process of teaching 'scene change';the academic evaluation 'process change';practice ability training 'thoroughly';and the quality development 'institutionalization change'.All these reform measures provide examples and enlightenments to the other undergraduate professional talents training.
