摘要
学生评价是高校在教育过程中根据一定的教育价值观和教育目标对大学生进行考察并做出价值判断的过程,是教育、引导和促进学生成长的重要手段。本文基于实证调查,分析用人单位对新型人才的基本要求,总结当今高校学生评价制度存在的问题,并提出突出改进与激励功能、体现个体差异性、注重质性评价、强调参与和互动、强调实施的过程性等策略。
Student assessment in higher education can examine students according to certain values and goals of education, which is an important means to educate, guide and promote the development of students. Based on the empirical survey, this article analyses the employers" basic requirements for the new talents, summaries the existing problems of college students" assessment system, and puts forward some effective such as highlighting the improvement and incentive function, reflecting individual differences, focusing on qualitative assessment, emphasizing participation and interaction, emphasizing the process of implementation.
