摘要
全面推进素质教育是21世纪高等教育的主要任务,因此必须改变传统教育模式,通过构建科学合理的培养方案,实现素质教育与教学过程的融合,正确处理教与学的关系,加强教学管理创新,提高教学质量。
To promote character education in full scale is the main job for higher institutions in the 21st century. Therefore, we must change the traditional educational patterns; realize the combination of character education and teaching process by establishing reasonable training program; reinforce the innovation of teaching management and improve teaching qualities by dealing with the relation of teaching and learning properly.
