摘要
通过对兰州百合样品前处理方法的优化,运用柱后衍生法测定了兰州百合中的18种蛋白型氨基酸和20种游离氨基酸含量。该检测方法操作简单、重现性好、自动化程度高、测定结果准确可靠。
The articl describled a method about determination of amino acid of Hlium davidii var. unicolor by Post-Colunm Derivatization. Based on protein optimization of pre-treatment conditions of the samples, the contents of 18 kinds of protein amino acid and 20 kinds of free amino acid in Lilium davidii var. unicolor were determined. The method was simple and fast, efficient, accurate and reliable measurement.
