微波无溶剂法提取百合花精油的工艺研究及成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 建立了微波无溶剂萃取法提取百合花精油的最佳工艺,测定了各挥发性成分的百分含量。采用微波萃取仪进行百合花精油提取,对工艺中关键的料液比、提取温度、提取时间、微波功率4个因素进行单因素试验,采用SPSS中的正交分析法对工艺进行优化,利用气相色谱-质谱技术对百合花精油的挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。结果表明,微波无溶剂提取百合花精油的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶3(质量比)、提取温度110℃、提取时间60 min、微波功率500 W,最佳萃取得率为0.19%;百合花精油中分析鉴定出51种化学成分,其中,醛类化合物22种,相对含量达59.06%,酮类化合物11种,相对含量达21.25%,杂环类化合物13种,相对含量达4.52%,醇类化合物4种,相对含量达1.93%,其他化合物1种,相对含量为0.91%。糠醛是百合花精油中含量最高的一种物质,相对含量高达22.01%。 The optimum extraction process of lily essential oil by microwave solvent-free extraction was established,and the percentage of each volatile component was determined.The microwave extraction instrument was used to extract the essential oil of lily.The single factor test was carried out on the four key factors of solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and microwave power.The orthogonal analysis method in SPSS was used to optimize the process.The volatile components of lily essential oil were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the optimum conditions for microwave solventfree extraction of lily flower essential oil were as follows∶The ratio of material to liquid was 1∶3(mass ratio),the extraction temperature was 110℃,the extraction time was 60 min,the microwave power was 500 W,and the optimum extraction yield was 0.19%.A total of 51 chemical components were identified in the essential oil of Lilium brownii.Among them,there were 22 aldehydes with relative content of 59.06%,11 ketones with relative content of 21.25%,13 heterocyclic compounds with relative content of 4.52%,4 alcohols with relative content of 1.93%,and 1 other compounds with relative content of 0.91%.Furfural was the highest content in lily essential oil,and the relative content was as high as 22.01%.
