摘要
就百合的药理特性对消除运动疲劳的可行性进行了实验研究,实验将兰州百合粗多糖分为三个剂量组,即: 大剂量组 5g/(kg·d),中剂量组 10g/(kg·d),小剂量组 15g/(kg·d),给小鼠灌胃,对照组灌入生理盐水, 7天后小鼠进行常压耐缺氧及抗疲劳实验。实验结果显示:三个剂量组兰州百合粗多糖常压耐缺氧实验虽不显著,但均能延长小鼠游泳时间,增强小鼠抗疲劳能力。结论表明,兰州百合粗多糖具有抗疲劳作用,中剂量组为最佳用量,高剂量无明显优势。
The essay summarizes the pharmacological study on Lilium davidii var. unicolor Salisb; The experiment is conducted to test small white mice's antifatigue and tolerance to anoxia under normal pressure: the experimental group is applied to three different doses of Lilium davidii var. unicolor Salisb 5g/(kg·d), 10g/(kg·d), 15g/(kg·d), and the controlled group is applied to 0.9% sodium chloride solution. After seven days, the experiment is conducted and mice are forced to swim to induce fatigue. The results show that though the three experimental group's tolerance to anoxia under normal pressure is not significant, they all swim longer and have improved antifatigue. Thus the essay concludes that Lilium davidii var. unicolor Salisb is effective to antifatigue, that its optimum dose is 10g/(kg·d) while the high dose has no significant effect.
