摘要
应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜,对东北百合属(Lilium)10种植物的花粉形态特征作了比较观察。10种植物花粉形态种间区别主要在于花粉粒的大小、萌发孔的大小及表面纹饰、网脊的排列。
The present paper deals with the pollen morphology of 10 species of Liliumfrom North-east China. The pollen grains were all examined under light micros-cope and scanning electron microscope. Pollen grains of Lilium are wide-ellipsoidal, subspheroid or narrow-ellipsoidal,50～80μm×70～90μm in size, 1-colpus. The exine is 2-layered, 2. 6～3. 8μm thick,the sexine thicker than the nexine. The granules of muri are arranged closely orsparsely, and seldom show double lines.
