摘要
如何实现烧结式微热管在不起皱条件下的弯曲成形,是烧结式微热管成形质量控制的关键问题。用有限元分析软件MSC.marc分别建立了不同材料属性下烧结式微热管纯滚动绕弯成形的数值模型,并结合工艺试验,研究了不同工艺条件下微热管弯曲后褶皱缺陷的变化规律;结果表明:材料的热处理状态是烧结式微热管褶皱形成的最主要因素,烧结式铜粉层对褶皱的影响可以忽略。
It is important to reduce wrinkling in pure rolling rotary draw bending process. The calculation model with different ma- terial attribute has been set up by MSC. marc, combining experiment with varied processing parameters, the influence law of wrin- kling on the cross section distortion were obtained. The results show that heat treatment condition of material is the most important factor that influences wrinkle, and the influence of sintered copper powders can be insignificant.
