异形闭截面型材灌砂拉弯成形有限元模拟 被引量:2

Finite Element Simulation of Stretch Bending with Filling Sand for Special Closed Section

摘要 采用数值模拟软件ABAQUS对前弯管拉弯成形过程进行了有限元模拟,分别研究了普通拉弯过程与灌砂拉弯过程中工艺参数对型材成形缺陷的影响。结果表明,所建模型能较好地反映实际情况。在相同的弯曲角度及工艺参数条件下,同普通拉弯工艺相比,灌砂拉弯工艺能较好地减少异形闭截面型材的弯曲回弹量和截面畸变量,这能为实际生产工艺提供参考。 The stretch bending forming process for the front bended tube was numerically simulated based on the platform of ABAQUS. The effect of technological parameters in the general stretch bending and stretch bending with filling sand on deformation defects of profile was researched. The results indicate that the real situation can be reflected by the established model. Comparing with the general stretch bending, the technology of stretch bending with filling sand can reduce springback and distortion for special closed section under condition of the same bending angle and technology parameters, which can provid reference for the real manufacturing process.
