摘要
提供力学服务是永磁装置重要的用途之一,因而磁场力的计算是磁力机械设计、应用的重要内容。磁场力的计算有公式法和数值算法,本文结合两个具体实例对这两种算法进行了介绍,给出了计算结果,并与实测值进行比较。结果表明公式算法简单、方便,但计算误差较大;数值算法虽计算复杂,但精确、可靠。同时,文中对实例中的有限元数值算法提供了源程序,可供参考。
Providing mechanic service is one of the important uses for the permanent magnet devices, thus the computation magnetic field strength is an important task for the design and application of magnetic force machine. There are two methods for the magnetic field strength computation, ie. formula method and mumerical algorithm. This article unifies two concrete examples to carry on the introduction to these two algorithms, gives the computing results, and comparies the computing results with the measured values. The result indicates that the formula algorithm is simple, convenient, but the error is big; although the numercal algorithm is complex for calculating, its result is precise, reliable. At the same time, the article has provided all the FE source program to the example that may supply reference to the readers.
