管材绕弯成形有限元数值模拟

摘要 薄壁管数控绕弯精确成形技术是管材生产的重要手段之一.它是一个多因素耦合交互作用的复杂力学过程,在加工过程中存在着截面畸变、壁厚变化等多个工艺问题,会严重影响管材的成形精度和生产效率.对管材绕弯成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟,并通过与理论解和实验结果的对比,验证了有限元仿真过程的正确性,可为生产实际及后续工艺参数的优化提供可靠的技术依据。 NC rotary draw bending process of thin-wall tube is a widely used manufacturing way in industry. However, the whole process of such manufacturing way is attributable to several twisted factors,cross section distortion,thickness variation and many other technical problems are existed in the NC tube bending precision forming process, which hugely affect- ed the quality and efficiency of the tube production. The present research builds an FEM sim- ulation model, the results of FEM are compared with the theoretical solution and experimen- tal results in the literature, proved the correctness of the FEM simulation method, to pro- vide a reliable technical basis for the actual production and subsequent optimization of the process parameters.
