摘要
提出了一种纯滚动矫直的新方法,解决了钢筋矫直过程中的划伤问题,文中介绍了纯滚动矫直方法的原理,并叙述了结构参数的确定及力能参数的计算方法。
A new method of pure roll straightening is put forward in this article. The problem of straightening steel bar with high surface quality is solved. Operation principle of pure roll straightening is recommended. The method of determining mechanism parameter and calculating force and energy parameter is provided.
