摘要
Dmrt基因家族是近年来发现的在脊椎动物中主要参与动物性别决定和分化、器官发育和功能维持的一个基因家族,其主要功能与性别决定、器官发育及疾病发生密切相关。目前,对该家族成员的功能研究主要集中在Dmrt1,且在不同的物种中克隆到该基因并进行了大量研究。为了对研究Dmrt基因提供参考,综述了近期Dmrt基因家族研究的一些特点、功能及作用机制。
The Dmrt gene family was found recently among vertebrates,which involved in sex determination and differentiation,organ development and function maintaining.At present,studies on function of Dmrt gene family were principally focused on Dmrt1,which was cloned from various species.In this paper the advances in some characteristics,functions and action mechanism of Dmrt gene family were summarized to provide references for the study on Dmrt gene.
